Here are a few of our most popular dishes:
- The Blue Filet:
- Beef Tenderloin grilled to perfection then topped with blue cheese and slid into the broiler for just long enough to melt the cheese and topped with our home made red wine zip sauce. Every bite is mouth watering!
- Lemon Chicken:
- boneless skinless chicken breasts lightly floured and pan seared to lock in the juices then baked in the oven with a lemon, white wine, butter and artichoke sauce with just a touch of cream. This chicken is so tender and tasty you will be sure to clean your plate (even with our generous portions)
- Salmon:
- We serve the best quality wild Atlantic salmon. It is so delicious we couldn’t help but prepare it a couple different ways:
- Grilled and drizzled with a fresh dill cream sauce
- pan seared with a sweet and spicy honey Chipolte sauce
- as a sandwich with cajun seasoning and lemon caper mayonnaise.
- And grilled plain or blackened on a salad
- Angus Burger:
- Definitely a contender for the best burger in Royal Oak our Char Grilled 8oz burger is served with lettuce, tomato, onions and a side of potato wedges (additional toppings available upon request). And you can’t beat the price of just 4.95 during Happy Hour (Monday thru Friday 4-6pm).
- Spinach Salad:
- This variation of a Michigan salad is made with baby spinach tossed in our home made balsamic vinaigrette dressing topped with feta cheese, dried Michigan cherries, walnuts, diced tomatoes and red onion.
